Le Clos des Chênes is a new bioclimatic home located in a quiet area, 15 km from the beaches of Pornic and 30 km from Nantes and St. Nazaire.
Beautiful terrace overlooking the enclosed 500 m² exotic garden. Private parking on the property.
Single-story layout: bright 46 m² living/dining room with an open-concept fully equipped kitchen, pantry, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed; 2: 2 90x200 beds), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, radio, high chair, air conditioning, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.), and electric car charging station (€5/night surcharge).
Included: geothermal heating, electricity, sheets, and towels.
Not included: mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee (€80) and tourist tax.

Deux eurois Gîte superbe
Belle maison lumineuse, spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable, à la décoration soignée et dotée d’équipements de qualité (literie, appareils ménagers, etc...). Elle est entourée d’un agréable jardin très bien entretenu.
Sa localisation est idéale pour rayonner dans cette belle région.
Malheureusement, la canicule nous a empêché d’effectuer toutes les visites prévues. Cette adresse est donc à conserver précieusement pour y revenir et continuer la découverte du Pays de Retz.- Cleanliness

Gîte très agréable, lumineux, confortable et très bien aménagé. Le calme et la grande baie vitrée sur le joli jardin sont bien appréciables. De quoi passer un excellent séjour dans une bien jolie région.

Situation au calme à la campagne mais pas trop loin de la mer (Pornic, Saint Brévin, Saint Michel Chef Chef).
