Le Clos de la Corderie is a seaside apartment 300 m from the train station and the old port with its shops and restaurants. The Beach, the thalassotherapy center and the superb "sentier des douaniers" are 800 m from the apartment. It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small 3-story apartment building, in a dead-end street, in absolute calm. Private outdoor parking + free covered private parking + closed bike room. 7 m² balcony (west-facing) overlooking the residence's garden.
The apartment comprises a kitchenette opening onto a living room (sofa bed 140x190), a bedroom (bed 140x190), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Facilities included: wifi, Tassimo espresso machine, baby cot/shower/bath on request, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, sponges, etc.). All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Tourist tax extra. Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

HUGUETTE Parfait
Location bien située près du port, des commerces et sentiers de randonnée. De plus thalassothérapie toute proche. Tout est accessible à pied.
L'appartement est très lumineux, calme, parfaitement équipé, lits très confortables

Laurence Situation idéale
Gîte cosy bien situé ; tout est à proximité même les balades sur le sentier des douaniers ; c’est très calme et la vue sur le jardin du balcon est très jolie ; bon accueil. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
