Le Clos de Kervin is a traditional, renovated, semi-detached house located in the small, typical village of Kervin in Piriac sur Mer, in a calm, relaxing setting, 500 m from the sea, 2 km from shops and 12 km from Guérande.
2 enclosed courtyards: 1 of 45 m² (south) + 1 of 17 m² (north), with parking facilities. Adjoining outbuilding with washing machine.
Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 80x190 + extra bed 80x190 for child).
Additional equipment: freezer, baby chair/bath, stereo, DVD player.
Included: wood.
Not included: electric heating, bed linen, towels and tourist tax.
Small pets accepted (on request) deposit €100.

    Très satisfait.
    Idéalement situé proche de la mer.
    Très propre avec tout le confort. Nous avons pu y passer un très bon séjour et profiter des terrasses ensoleillées

    Nous avons passé, mon épouse et moi une excellente semaine. Gîte très agréable et calme.

    Une semaine dans une très belle région à marcher, faire du vélo et visiter. Gîte très bien placé au calme mais à proximité de la mer. Rangement protégé pour nos vélos. Très propre, bien équipé.
