Former barn renovated into 2 adjoining Holiday cottages, located in the heart of a family farm (dairy cows, free-range poultry), 100 m from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 20 km from Nantes and 34 km from Ancenis.
South-facing terrace and enclosed garden of 100 m², and access to the shared 5,000 m² orchard (portico and boules court to be installed in spring 2024).
Ground floor: living room with separate open kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with private shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x200, 2: bed 140x190) and shower room/wc.
Facilities include: wifi, cot on request, hairdryer.
Included: electricity, pellet heating and bed linen (beds made on arrival).
Not included: bathroom linen (7€/pers.) and tourist tax. End-of-stay cleaning mandatory for business customers (70€).

Isabelle et Laurent sont des hôtes très accueillants.
Le gîte, récent et très fonctionnel, a été aménagé avec beaucoup de goût.
Situé à proximité immédiate du canal de Nantes à Brest, il offre de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées à pied ou en vélo.

Daniel Calme et qualité d'accueil
Nous avons apprécié le calme, le confort du gîte, l'accueil et la disponibilité d'Isabelle. Après une journée de marche ou de tourisme la qualité de la literie était bienfaisante. Belle association de construction neuve et de murs restaurés.

Kerstin Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und ein Gîte, das jeglichen Komfort bietet
Wir waren als dreiköpfige Familie hier und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Betten waren sehr gut, das Gîte sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Isabelle und Laurent sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen verschiedener Art ein, besonders zum radfahren und spazieren gehen ist diese Gegend ideal. Ein Wiedersehen ist nicht ausgeschlossen.
