The Chalet is a detached, solid-wood holiday cottage located in a quiet, countryside setting, 30 km from Châteaubriant, 40 km from Redon and Nantes, and 50 km from La Gacilly.
Another holiday cottage for 4 people is available on the property.
At the end of a small path (about 50 m) lies the Chalet, with a 600 m² enclosed garden (400 m² of which is fenced) surrounded by hedges and old oak trees.
Private parking on the property just before the gate.
Single-story layout: open-concept kitchen leading into the living room, 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed; 2: 2 beds 90x190), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Amenities included: baby bed/booster seat upon request, Wi-Fi router with fiber-optic internet, air conditioner.
Not included: electricity (excluding the 8 kWh/day included), electric heating, sheets (€7/bed), towels (€5/person), end-of-stay cleaning (€50)
A maximum of 1 free pet is allowed (€100 deposit).
