The Chalet is a detached, solid-wood holiday cottage in a quiet Countryside location, 30 km from Châteaubriant, 40 km from Redon and Nantes and 50 km from La Gacilly. Other 4-person holiday cottage on site.
At the end of a small lane (approx. 50 m) is the Chalet with a 600 m² enclosed garden (including 400 m² fenced) surrounded by hedges and old oak trees. Private parking on the property just before the gate. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190), bathroom and separate WC.
Facilities included: cot/booster seat on request, wifi box with fiber. Not included: electricity (excluding 8kwh/day included), electric heating, bed linen (7€/bed), towels (5€/pers.), end-of-stay cleaning (50€) 1 pet max. accepted free of charge (deposit 100€). Please contact owners for any additional pets. Small cabin to store bikes, barbecue, deckchairs.
