In the Countryside, yet close to Nantes (15 km) and the Sea (50 km), this renovated farmhouse (adjoining the owners' home) welcomes you for a peaceful stay. Vast unenclosed space around the Holiday cottage with private garden and terrace (facing east). Private parking close to the Holiday cottage. Perfect for family gatherings and exploring the region.
Ground floor: 2 living/dining areas with open-plan fitted kitchens and 2 shower rooms/wc.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1: 4 twin beds 90x200, 2: 2 twin beds 90x200, 3 and 4: bed 160x200), reading area on landing with convertible sofa (130x190) and 2 shower rooms/wc.
Facilities include: cot and high chair, washing machine and iron/ironing board (in outdoor room).
Included: pellet stove heating, bed linen, towels and cleaning service.
Not included: electricity.

Welcome to our gîte. We've renovated Eric's childhood home, which is also the farmhouse that used to be home to the farm he runs nearby.
You can take advantage of the peace and quiet of the countryside to recharge your batteries, go for a walk on the surrounding footpaths, spend a relaxing day on the coast (accessible in 45 minutes), or choose to visit nearby Nantes.

Un accueil d'Isabelle appréciable avec en plus des marques d'attention en cadeau , deux gîtes très propres et bien équipé adapté pour recevoir 10 personnes.
Le tout donnant sur un jardin et une terrasse un vrai plus pour ces 2 gîtes . La literie est confortable et les lits faits à l'arrivée sont aussi appréciables .
Nous avons passé un Week end très reposant et nous recommandons ces 2 gîtes bien accueillant dans une campagne au calme .- Cleanliness

Week-end de Pâques formidable en campagne au calme. Grand espace extérieur. Nous avions loué les 2 gites 4 et 6 personnes avec porte communicante, ce qui nous laissait beaucoup de liberté. Les enfants et petits enfants ont été conquis par la salle de jeux fraîchement restaurée. Literie confortable, gîte propre avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Le soleil nous a donné envie de sortir la plancha.
Très bon accueil d'Isabelle et Eric et encore merci à eux pour les petites attentions lors de notre arrivée. A recommander pour vos week-ends en famille ou entre amis.- Cleanliness
