In the middle of the countryside, in a quiet hamlet 15 km from the beaches of St Brévin and 40 km from Nantes, Le Bois Clair is an old building adjoining the owners' house, traditionally renovated with a modern touch. A large green space surrounds the gîte, including an enclosed area with a south/west-facing terrace opening onto nature. Garden shed on the plot.
Ground floor: spacious, bright living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, pantry and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 140x190 bed + 90x190 bed) and shower room/wc.
Additional amenities: fiber-optic wifi, tumble dryer, pod coffee maker, cot/booster seat/changing mattress/baby bath.
Included: bed linen and towels.
Not included: aerothermal heating and electricity.

Welcome to Le Bois Clair!
We're delighted to welcome you to our gîte, which was once home to an old wine press. This typical place from the past brought together the inhabitants of the Caffinière area, a symbol of conviviality. As we are both keen to renovate, we wanted to breathe new life into this building, which has been in our family for 3 generations.
A mix of stone, wood, terracotta and a touch of modernity characterise the outcome of our project. If you're a lover of nature, paths and forest walks, the Bois Clair gîte is the ideal place to recharge your batteries.
We'd be delighted to accompany you on this journey of discovery.

Nous venons de passer 4 jours chez Thierry et Monique et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir.
Le gîte est très spacieux, la décoration a été faite avec gout et les équipements sont nombreux.
L'endroit est très calme et permet de rayonner dans toute la région.
Thierry et Monique sont super sympas.

Le gîte est moderne, propre, très bien équipé avec des hôtes disponibles et bienveillants. Un vrai avre de paix. Nous avons passé une semaine plus qu'agréable dans cette belle région. Le gîte est idéalement situé, rien n'est très loin. ( Pornic, Nantes, Noirmoutier). Nous y retournerons sans hésiter une seconde.

Walter Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet, besonders die vielen Küchenutensilien sind hervorzuheben. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
Schöne Gite in sehr ruhiger, abgelegener Lage – ideal zum Entspannen, auch wenn sie anfangs etwas schwer zu finden ist.- Cleanliness
