L'Atelier is a spacious, semi-detached Holiday cottage in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 8 km from Guérande and 15 km from the Beach. Enclosed garden of 1300 m² overlooking the Countryside, with covered shelter (bikes/motorbikes).
Ground floor: 2 lounges (1 step), open-plan fitted kitchen (1 step), 2 bedrooms (each with 1 x 160x200 bed), shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 and 2: 2 beds 90x200, 3: bed 160x200) and shower room/wc.
Equipment included: DVD player, Baby Equipment, tumble dryer.
Beds made on arrival and towels included.
Not included: electricity, Electric heating and tourist tax. Cleaning package compulsory for business customers (110€).
Stag parties and similar celebrations are not permitted in this establishment.

Séjour familial très agréable. Nous avons apprécié la disposition des lieux: coin familial pour se retrouvé tous (nous étions 8 entre 24 et 88 ans) et coin plus intime? chambres confortables. Si l'occxasion se prsente nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
