Former detached barn entirely renovated with passion, located close to the owners' house, in the heart of the typical Breton marsh landscape. Pond at the foot of the Holiday cottage terrace (partially secure) shared with the owners, 1 ha of unenclosed outdoor space, with superb views over the marshes. Small private terrace on kitchen side. Secure parking with electric gate. Above-ground Piscine shared with owners (open from June 5 to August 30).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan, workshop-style kitchen (induction hob).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with en-suite shower/wc (1: bed 160x200, 2: 3 beds 90x190). Washing machine and dryer in outside room.
Facilities included: wifi, pinball machine, DVD player, radio/CD, baby equipment.
Not included: Electric heating, electricity, bed linen (48€ for double bed and 23€ for each single bed), towels (28€ per pers.), compulsory cleaning fee (85€) and tourist tax.

Nicolas Le bonheur est dans les marais
Le gîte est spacieux, confortable, au calme, avec une vue superbe sur les marais pour la chambre parentale. Une belle terrasse romantique donnant sur un étang. Des hôtes très accueillants qui rendent votre séjour inoubliable. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce passage à la croix des marais.
