Charming refurbished apartment on the Domaine du Golf de Pornic, in a quiet 3-storey residence, 10 min walk from the beach, Marina with bars and restaurants, 5 min walk from shops and 400 m from the main entrance to the golf course. 12 m² open-air terrace with superb view of the Golf. In the residence, Piscine (unheated) open from June to September, petanque court and private parking.
2nd floor (no elevator): bright, living room (with quality convertible sofa bed 140x190), open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (Merino bed 160x200), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: wifi, Nespresso machine (+ filter coffee maker).
Not included: electricity, Electric heating (fixed rate €8/night from October to May, depending on temperatures), sheets and towels for hire on request, tourist tax, compulsory cleaning (fixed rate €50).
Deposit of 500€ (not cashed) on arrival and returned on departure if the apartment is in order on arrival.
500 m from the residence: Golf, mini-golf and Tennis.
No corporate rentals
No parties allowed
No pets allowed
No sales agents, legal or illegal, are allowed in the apartment, under penalty of being reported to the police.

La pluie était au RDV mais on a bien découvert la région et on a réussi à randonner dans de très jolis sentiers côtiers bien balisés.

Kai Sehr positiv
Wir haben uns in diesem ausgesprochen hellen und freundlich eingerichteten Appartement in fussläufiger Lage zum Meer sowie Zentrum/Altstadt von Pornic sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles super sauber und funktionell und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Nadine hat uns mit ein paar kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten empfangen und hat sich bei Ankunft ganz viel Zeit genommen, uns im Vorfeld bei der Orientierung und Auswahl der möglichen Unternehmungen in der Umgebung zu beraten, aktuelle Broschüren und Karten liegen bereit. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder, um die tolle Terrasse und abendliche Stille mit Blick auf das gepflegte Grün des Golfplatzes zu genießen.
