Single-storey Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house, located in a charming hamlet, 12 km from Lake Grandlieu, 15 km from Machecoul and 30 km from the beaches.
Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage.
Enclosed 120 m² grounds and access to shared 5000 m² park with playground (portico/toboggan, badminton).
Living room with convertible sofa (fireplace present but not usable), separate fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment included: wifi, DVD player, stereo system, complete baby equipment.
Electric heating included (30 kWh/day).
Not included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
