La P'tite Villa is an old, semi-detached building dating from the late 19th century, ideally located facing the Sea and close to shops and restaurants, so you can make the most of your seaside holiday. Completely renovated in 2023, it boasts all modern comforts.
Free public parking in front of the Holiday cottage.
14 m² enclosed private courtyard with wooden terrace, garden furniture/transats and electric plancha. Small outbuilding available.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with ocean views (1: bed 160x200 and balcony, 2: 2 beds 90x190) and shower room.
Facilities include: wifi, washing-machine dryer, Umbrella bed and booster seat, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dishwashing detergent, sponges...).
Includes: electricity, electric heating, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and household linen.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.
Guérande 20 km and Nantes 64 km.

With a passion for historical heritage, we have renovated this charming residence handed down by our family. According to our sources, this villa was built between 1890 and 1900. Several alterations, particularly in the 1920s and 1930s, have altered its architecture and façade ornamentation: wrought-iron balcony, "volute"-style ironwork, elaborate door and window towers, roof belfry. Restoration will be completed in 2023.
Our values? To preserve its authenticity while providing modern comfort that respects the environment.
Our aim? To bring this little seaside villa back to life so that you can enjoy a seaside holiday.
We will be delighted to welcome you personally to our gîte and to share with you our recommendations for visits and leisure activities.

Annie accueil très agréable et respectueux. La maison correspond au descriptif.
Endroit idéal pour faire découvrir Saint Nazaire à de la famille vivant éloignée. Très bien située pour balades sur le front de mer, le centre ville proche, le petit quartier de Sautron avec les commerces. Tout est accessible sans prendre la voiture. Une belle bouffée d'air marin.
