Table tennis, table soccer, boules, mini-billiards available.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 en suite bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140x190), shower room/wc.
Mezzanine (steep staircase): small attic room with 2 extra beds for Kids.
Facilities include: freezer compartment, TV with satellite channels, Wifi (separate terminal), cot, stereo. Shared washing machine in outbuilding.
Included: central heating (pellets), electricity, household linen, bed linen.
Not included: wood. Cleaning fee mandatory (70€).
Pets: deposit 100€ and supplement 10€/day.
For cycling enthusiasts: shaded cycle path (Voie Verte), 3 km from the old railroad line, and Loire à Vélo, 13 km away. Places of interest are just a few minutes away by car (Golf 25 km).
For your comfort, please note that the Holiday cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
