Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofa bed 140x190), 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room, separate WC and laundry area.
Facilities included: wifi, cot/chair and electric car recharging point.
Included: electricity, aerothermal heating, bed linen and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.

As the daughter of a local winegrower, I'd be delighted to talk to you about our rich terroir, give you advice on places to visit and suggest some lovely walks in the area if you feel like it.
And if, like me, you're interested in the arts, we can talk about my career as a photographer, which I practised for 30 years, or about my passion for modelling and pottery, which I practise as a hobby in my studio next to the gîte; you're more than welcome to drop in for a visit.

V Très bonne expérience.
Très bon séjour dans un joli petit gîte décoré et organisé avec soin par la propriétaire. Gîte au calme et bien situé. Maryvonne est une hôte très sympathique et accueillante, à l'écoute et de bons conseils, et très discrète. Merci pour tout et bonne continuation!

Petite maison en excellent état, idéalement située tout de près de CLISSON et avec des liaisons ferroviaires vers Nantes plusieurs fois par jour à proximité du village.
