La Petite Buchetière is a newly built house located in a quiet countryside setting, nestled among forests and ponds, 600 m from the village, just a few meters from the Erdre River, 8 km from Lake Vioreau, 17 km from Nort/Erdre, 18 km from Ancenis, 24 km from Châteaubriant, 38 km from Nantes, and 57 km from Angers.
A 3,000 m² landscaped, enclosed garden with an unheated indoor Piscine (4.5x9.5 m), open from around late April to late October. A ping-pong table is available on nice days.
Upstairs:
1 master suite: 1 bed (160x200) + 1 bed (90x190) + 1 sofa bed (100x190), with an alcove living area and a private bathroom and toilet.
1 family suite consisting of 3 separate bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, and one bedroom with a 140x190 bed, with a shared bathroom and toilet.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, hair dryer in each bathroom, baby bed.
Breakfast is served on the terrace or by the fireplace, depending on the season.

Chambre d’hôtes très agréable, propre, spacieuse, confortable , au calme, excellent accueil des propriétaires très sympathiques qui sont au petit soin pour que tout se passe bien , très bon petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons cette chambre et y reviendrons avec plaisir .
