La Perle des Marais is a pretty, renovated thatched cottage, adjoining another thatched cottage, located in the village (shops and restaurants 200 m away), in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 9 km from Guérande and 10 km from the beaches. 250 m² enclosed garden with south/east-facing terraces, with ping-pong table. Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove, separate open-plan fitted kitchen (Nespresso machine), shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite bathroom (1: 90x200 bed, 2: 160x200 bed, 3: 160x200 bed). Additional equipment: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, radio/CD, baby cot/high chair/changing mat, cleanliness kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.). All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, bed linen (made-up beds), bathroom/household linen and wood. Not included: tourist tax.

Gudrun Alles war ganz wunderbar!
Wir waren zu fünft in dem süßen Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben es makellos vorgefunden. Wir haben den Garten genutzt, gegrillt, nur drei Häuser weiter ist ein fantastischer Bäcker und die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Von Saint-Lyphard aus kommt man an viele schöne Orte schnell hin. Vielen Dank an Veronique und Richard

Yvonne très belle location
Magnifique petite chaumière avec grand confort. Il y avait une grande place devant la maison pour garer la voiture. Endroit très au calme dans ce petit bourg avec les commerces se trouvant à proximité. Le lieu est très bien situé pour les nombreuses visites à faire dans les environs. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.
