La Maison du Sauzay is a renovated former cowshed, semi-detached from the owners' house, in a quiet village 3 km from the medieval town of Clisson, 2.4 km from the famous Hellfest site, 28 km from Nantes and 21 km from Ancenis.
20 m² enclosed courtyard (facing east). Parking in front of Holiday cottage.
Ground floor: large living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 140x190 bed, 2 with 2 twin 80x200 beds and a separate study area), bathroom and separate WC.
Facilities included: wifi, baby cot/bath.
Included: electricity, oil heating, bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.

Le gîte est spacieux, calme, fonctionnel. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le logement est situé à 2 km du Hellfest et à 50 minutes de Planète sauvage. Je recommande.
