La Maison du Bord du Lac is an old 19th-century house, entirely renovated, located in the heart of the typical fishing village of Passay, 300 m from Lac de Grand Lieu, 15 km from Nantes and the airport, 6 km from St Philbert de Grand Lieu (beach in season) and 40 km from the sea.
Private parking on the property (4 vehicles).
Charming 700 m² enclosed garden planted with trees, with 60 m² east-facing terrace and covered courtyard.
Ground floor: kitchen/living room, sitting room with wood-burning stove and pool table, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190) with en-suite shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2nd living room with TV, 3 bedrooms (1 and 2: 1 bed 180x200, 3: 2 bunk beds 90x190) and shower room/wc.
Facilities include: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, complete baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath, potty, step stool and cutlery).
All-inclusive: electricity, electric heating, wood, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

Originally from the south-west of France, we moved to the Nantes region three years ago.
We fell under the spell of this house, in the typical fishing village of Passay, and decided to share our favourite spot with you, on the shores of Lac de Grand Lieu.

Week-end de Pâques en famille formidable. Accueil très sympathique.Gîte très beau et très confortable. Tout est fonctionnel. Nous avons profité d’un super jardin où nous avons pu y prendre des repas. Merci beaucoup Isabelle et Christophe. À bientôt sans doute.

Séjour à 4 pour un mariage dans le secteur. Logement situé dans un quartier tout à côté du lac. Intérieur très beau décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de charme, très bien équipé, 2 grands salons. Chambres très confortables. Ce grand gîte peut accueillir au moins 8 à 10 personnes sans se gêner. Bel espace de jardin sans vis à vis. Environnement avec le lac et ses oiseaux, très bucolique. Nous reviendrons pour y passer plus de temps et profiter également du bel extérieur.
