La Maison du Bord du Lac is a fully renovated 19th-century house located in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Passay, 300 m from Lake Grand Lieu, 15 km from Nantes and the Airport, 6 km from St. Philbert de Grand Lieu (Beach open seasonally), and 40 km from the Sea.
Private parking on the property (4 vehicles).
Charming, enclosed garden with trees covering 700 m², featuring a 60 m² east-facing terrace. Under the covered patio, a lounge area and games (foosball and darts) complete the outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the garden even when the sun isn’t out.
Ground Floor: kitchen/living room, living room with wood-burning stove and pool table, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed) with private shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: second living room with TV, 3 bedrooms (Bedrooms 1 and 2: 1 bed 180x200; Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds 90x190) and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, complete baby gear (crib, high chair, bathtub, potty, step stool, and cutlery).
All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, firewood, sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.

Originally from the south-west of France, we moved to the Nantes region three years ago.
We fell under the spell of this house, in the typical fishing village of Passay, and decided to share our favourite spot with you, on the shores of Lac de Grand Lieu.

Un gite comme on aime! On y trouve tout l'équipement nécessaire. Les espaces sont agréables à vivre. Le grand jardin ombragé est parfait pour les fortes chaleurs! La maison sait aussi garder la fraicheur.

Week-end de Pâques en famille formidable. Accueil très sympathique.Gîte très beau et très confortable. Tout est fonctionnel. Nous avons profité d’un super jardin où nous avons pu y prendre des repas. Merci beaucoup Isabelle et Christophe. À bientôt sans doute.

Jean Michel WE à La Chevroliere près du lac de Grand -Lieu
Séjour à 4 pour un mariage dans le secteur. Logement situé dans un quartier tout à côté du lac. Intérieur très beau décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de charme, très bien équipé, 2 grands salons. Chambres très confortables. Ce grand gîte peut accueillir au moins 8 à 10 personnes sans se gêner. Bel espace de jardin sans vis à vis. Environnement avec le lac et ses oiseaux, très bucolique. Nous reviendrons pour y passer plus de temps et profiter également du bel extérieur.
