Former salt worker's house, fully renovated in 2021 (adjoining the owners' house), located in the charming village of Saillé, in the heart of the salt marshes, 3 km from the ramparts of Guérande, La Baule and Le Pouliguen.
Terrace and enclosed 70 m² garden facing south-west. Private parking on the property, possibility of parking in front of the Holiday cottage.
Ground floor: lovely fitted kitchen opening onto cosy living room, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200), shower room (Italian shower) and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with private shower room/wc (1: bed 140x190, 2: 2 twin beds 80x190).
Facilities include: wifi, pod coffee maker, baby bed/chair.
Additional equipment: charging point for electric cars (fee: €0.25/kwh).
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen and towels.
Not included: tourist tax and cleaning service.
Pets allowed (2 maximum - deposit €100 per pet).

Welcome to the heart of the Guérande salt marshes. We're proud of our little salt-marsh village and are delighted to welcome you to our fully renovated gîte.
To make the most of your stay, you can visit the whole of the Guérande peninsula and even go as far as Nantes or Vannes and the Golfe du Morbihan. Whether you like the sea and/or the countryside, you'll find it all here.
You'll find peace and quiet in our house, while still being close to all the points of interest (shops, restaurants, places to walk, swim and various tourist activities).
