Carefully renovated former farmhouse in a quiet location in southern Loire-Atlantique, on the edge of the Vendée and approx. 30 km from the beaches of the Loire or Vendée.
Large, flower-filled, unfenced garden of 2000 m². Private parking on the property.
Separate entrance to the family suite on the first floor of the house, comprising 2 attic bedrooms (each with a 140x200 bed) sharing the same shower room/wc.
Supplement €65 per night for 2nd bedroom.
Access to a private terrace from one of the bedrooms (low doorway 1.30 m).
Hearty breakfast served in the family living room.
Table d'hôtes can be booked with the owner (€18/person/meal).
Facilities include: wifi, baby cot/high chair, 4 bicycles, table tennis and large space with fridge/hob/microwave/sink/hobs/dishes.
Possibility of visiting the owner's on-site woodworking workshop.
Tourist tax extra (€0.70/person/night).
