Holiday cottage located in a quiet area about 30 km from Châteaubriant, 40 km from Redon and 45 km from Nantes, on the edge of a little-used local road. Other 4-person Holiday cottage nearby. Enclosed garden (300 m²) + private, unfenced parking area. Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), bathroom and separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1.75-m-high beams (2 beds 90x190). Facilities included: telephone and wifi (with Live box), baby equipment (bed, booster seat) on request.
Included: electricity, water and wifi Not included: - Oil heating package: €50/week (€8/additional day) from October 1 to April 30 - Sheets (€7/bed) and towels (€5/person) optional - End-of-stay cleaning (€50 package) optional. 1 pet max. accepted free of charge (deposit €100). Contact owners for additional pets.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday (in July and August)

Welcome to the Gîte de Bel Air! In this peaceful setting, we will be delighted to welcome you to our gîte and advise you on nearby activities such as hiking and the Etang de la Roche. Around 20 years ago, a horse-riding and carriage-driving activity was set up on the site with a campsite on the farm, and during your stay you will still be able to watch our horses.
