Quiet location in a large green area, close to the Nantes-Brest Canal. 140 m² enclosed garden, small shared pond. Large gaming room, outdoor games, 6 shared bikes for adults and children.
Ground floor: living room (wood-burning stove) with sofa bed and open-plan kitchen, shower room/wc. Mezzanine: bed 160x200 + 2 beds 90x190.
Additional equipment: freezer, Wifi, Hifi, CD/DVD player, tumble dryer, baby equipment, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges...).
Includes: bed linen (beds made up).
Not included: Electric heating, bathroom linen, tourist tax and compulsory cleaning fee (65€).
