Holiday cottage in a quiet location on the family wine-growing estate, 15 km from Clisson and 25 km from Nantes (adjoining the owner's house). Courtyard overlooking the vineyards and unenclosed 100 m² garden. Ground floor: sitting room in the veranda (unheated), living room (access by 1 step) with fireplace and sofa bed (140x190), separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin beds 90x200, 2: 2 single beds 90x190), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: wifi, freezer, complete baby equipment, radio/CD, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.). Included: gas heating, electricity, bed linen (beds made up). Not included: wood, towels and tourist tax. Cleaning package compulsory for business customers (90€).

Marie-Odile et Bruno Très agréable séjour au calme dans les vignes
Nous venions pour la 4ème fois, avec nos 2 enfants. Le gîte est très bien situé car nous pouvons éviter le périphérique pour aller à Nantes. Nous sommes très bien accueillis, le gîte est calme et bien isolé hiver comme été. Merci pour tout !

MOP Un séjour à la campagne au calme
Merci pour l accueil ! Maison agréable et fonctionnelle. Cheminée appréciée par ces temps hivernaux. C est notre 2e séjour. Maison très bien située pour aller à Nantes ou Clisson. La maison l été est très agréable aussi.
