La Clé des Champs is a charming holiday cottage located in a quiet, rural setting, 3 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal and 32 km from Nantes and Ancenis. It is attached to the owners’ farmhouse but has a completely separate entrance.
A Spa is available in a dedicated room (shared with the owners).
Private parking on the property.
Unfenced private garden of 150 m².
Ground floor: living/dining room with an open-concept fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Upper floor: 2 attic bedrooms (1: 140x200 bed, 2: 2 90x200 beds) and separate toilet.
Amenities included: baby bed, high chair, safety gate, and cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). Wi-Fi currently being installed.
Included: electricity, electric heating, and sheets.
Not included: bath towels (€5/person), end-of-stay cleaning (€80), and tourist tax.
