La Cigale is a comfortable vacation home, fully decorated and renovated in 2020, ideally located 1 min from the beach and 5 min from the town center.
Enclosed outdoor space of 200 m² with south-facing terrace. Private parking on the property.
Access to gîte via 2 steps: living room (sofa bed 140x190) with separate open kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200), shower room/wc accessible via 2 steps and small unheated veranda.
Additional equipment: cot/baby chair, stereo, WiFi access.
Included: gas heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.
Not included: tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee (50€).

This Brévinoise cottage was completely renovated and decorated in 2020 for a relaxing holiday with a change of scenery. The ocean awaits you with its tides.
