Charming studio Holiday cottage in a quiet location, 500 m from the Sea and shops in the small village of Sainte Marie, on the hosts' property (separate entrance).
Relaxation is guaranteed in this beautiful outdoor space, with a private terrace (south-facing) and lounge under the gazebo (located at the bottom of the garden), overlooking a superb 1000 m² garden planted with trees (shared with the owners). Secure private parking on the property.
Ground floor: kitchenette opening onto living room and shower room/wc. Oven and washing machine located in a small room outside the studio.
Mezzanine: bedroom (bed 160x200) with air-conditioning.
Facilities include: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, baby bed/chair, 4 bicycles (2 electric) and pod coffee maker.
All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax extra.
Pets allowed free of charge.

We look forward to welcoming you to our studio.
If you like walking, we are lucky enough to have a customs path that runs along the Atlantic coast.
We also have 4 bicycles at your disposal, two of which are electric.
Depending on the weather and our availability, you may be able to go sailing with us, and if you like to read, you'll find two books in the studio that I've written about my African adventures, after having worked on the continent for 37 years.
Françoise and I will do our utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible and please do not hesitate to call us for any further information.

Mark Excellent host & beautiful studio.
What a beautiful little studio, nautical themed, well appointed, very quiet & safe with parking in the hosts garden behind electronic gates. The garden is beautiful with established shrubs & trees ideal for our little dogs to run around in complete safety & security.
The general area is very nice with quality homes in a quiet neighbourhood & only a few minutes walk to the many local beaches, plenty of good eating establishments close & easy access to Pornic. To sum up, yes we would come again & that’s the best recommendation I can give 5 star.- Cleanliness

Séjour très agréable , accueil très sympathique des propriétaires, nous avons pu profiter du très beau terrain et avons pu regarder gambader les petitts écureuils.

David et Carine Super séjour
Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils , à l écoute , aux petits soins . Le gite est joliment décoré , très fonctionnel et très propre , une jolie terrasse avec un très beau jardin . Le gîte est proche de quelques commerces et du centre de pornic . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Patricia Gîte très agréable et hôtes très accueillants
Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps exceptionnel qui nous a permis d’utiliser les vélos mis à notre disposition. La proximité du bord de mer et des commerces de sainte marie est un plus. Très belle expérience.
