Charming studio Holiday cottage in a quiet location, 500 m from the Sea and shops in the small village of Sainte Marie, on the hosts' property (separate entrance).
Relaxation is guaranteed in this beautiful outdoor space, with a private terrace (south-facing) and lounge under the gazebo (located at the bottom of the garden), overlooking a superb 1000 m² garden planted with trees (shared with the owners). Secure private parking on the property.
Ground floor: kitchenette opening onto living room and shower room/wc. Oven and washing machine located in a small room outside the studio.
Mezzanine: bedroom (bed 160x200) with air-conditioning.
Facilities include: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, baby bed/chair, 4 bicycles (2 electric) and pod coffee maker.
All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax extra.
Pets allowed free of charge.

We look forward to welcoming you to our studio.
If you like walking, we are lucky enough to have a customs path that runs along the Atlantic coast.
We also have 4 bicycles at your disposal, two of which are electric.
Depending on the weather and our availability, you may be able to go sailing with us, and if you like to read, you'll find two books in the studio that I've written about my African adventures, after having worked on the continent for 37 years.
Françoise and I will do our utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible and please do not hesitate to call us for any further information.

Le studio est très fonctionnel, tout est en excellent état, la décoration est très soignée. Une jolie terrasse donnant sur un superbe jardin très bien entretenu et quel bonheur d’y voir des écureuils. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, à l'écoute et très discrets. Bref un petit paradis proche de l’océan et des commerces.

Les sudistes du Nord Gîte très agréable dans un ecrin de verdure
Jamais déçu dans un hébergement Gîtes de France je confirme, Gite très bien équipée en intérieur ou extérieur pour passer une excellente semaine.
Très bon acceuil de nos hôtes .
Jardin clos un plus avec notre chien, Gite que l'on pourrait rebaptiser Gite aux écureuils. une semaine très agréable à deux pas de Pornic , proche du sentier côtier.

Très bon accueil de Daniel et Françoise.
Gîte très propre et tres fonctionnel. Tout est pensé, rien ne manque pour un agréable et confortable séjour. L'océan est à quelques minutes à pied.
Nous reviendrons à coup sûr si nous sommes de passage dans la région.

Mark Excellent host & beautiful studio.
What a beautiful little studio, nautical themed, well appointed, very quiet & safe with parking in the hosts garden behind electronic gates. The garden is beautiful with established shrubs & trees ideal for our little dogs to run around in complete safety & security.
The general area is very nice with quality homes in a quiet neighbourhood & only a few minutes walk to the many local beaches, plenty of good eating establishments close & easy access to Pornic. To sum up, yes we would come again & that’s the best recommendation I can give 5 star.- Cleanliness
