Ground floor: bright living room with open-plan kitchen (large cooking area), projection room with video projector (2 pull-out beds 90x200), 1 studio bedroom with independent access (bed 140x190), shower room/wc and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 4 spacious bedrooms (1: bed 160x200, 2: 2 twin beds 90x200 + 2 Bunk beds 90x200, 3: bed 160x200 + 2 bunk beds 90x200, 4: bed 160x200), shower room and separate WC.
Access to an adjoining barn (shared with the owners, not heated) with table soccer, table tennis, darts and freezer.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, stereo system + vinyl turntable and baby equipment (cot/high chair/changing mattress/bathtub).
Included: electricity, wood.
Not included: bed linen, towels and tourist tax. End-of-stay weekend cleaning (100€), 5 nights or more (180€).
