Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house in the heart of the Parc de la Brière, near the marshes, 8 km from St Nazaire and 20 km from La Baule, on the Montoir/St Joachim main road (set back from the road).
Other Holiday cottage on site (total capacity: 4 people).
Private south-facing terrace (approx. 20 m²) and private parking on the property.
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), shower room/wc and linen room.
Facilities include: wifi access, complete baby equipment, washing machine, tumble dryer, Tassimo coffee maker.
Included: bed linen, towels, electricity and electric heating.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (50€) and tourist tax (0.66€/night/person).
