La Bergerie du Cougou is a small cottage located in the right wing of the owners' 19th-century manor house, in the heart of the Countryside, in absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by horses from the nearby stud farm, 1 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 13 km from Redon and 35 km from the Beach. Private parking on the property. Private outdoor area opening onto the charming 7,000 m² enclosed park, equipped with a pétanque court and badminton net. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living/dining room with wood-burning stove (quality convertible sofa 140x190) and separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 180x200 bed, 2: 2 90x200 Bunk beds) and bathroom/wc.
Facilities included: wifi, baby bed/chair/stair rail, tumble dryer, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dishwashing detergent, sponges, etc.). All included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and wood. Pets allowed: dogs only (2 max. - €10/day and €300 deposit).
