La Bâtisse is an old stable renovated in the traditional way, with exposed stonework (adjoining a rental property).
2 terraces (facing south/west and north/east) with 120 m² enclosed private garden. Private parking on the property.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, separate lounge and separate toilet, laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1 and 2: 1 bed 90x190, 3: 2 twin beds 80x200), bathroom (bath + shower) and separate WC.
Equipment included (on request): cot/chair/baby bath.
Included: sheets, household linen.
Not included: Electric heating, electricity (according to current EDF rate; currently €0.20/kw), bathroom linen.
End-of-stay cleaning fee (compulsory for business customers).

We look forward to welcoming you to our stone building, renovated by the whole family. This former stable, in the heart of the village, was able to withstand the bombardments, so it deserved to be showcased.
We hope you will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay with friends or family. There are so many places to visit in the area: the Brière Regional Park, the beaches, the liners, the animal observatories... and so many activities to do: water sports, leisure parks...
