A former winemaker’s house renovated into a beautiful, contemporary detached home, located in the Nantes Vineyards, 20 km from Nantes, 15 km from Clisson, and less than an hour from the beaches of La Baule/Pornichet and the Vendée. Heated, indoor Piscine (open from mid-May to mid-September—11.5x5m) and a superb private garden of over 6,000 m² with trees, fully enclosed, and not overlooked, plus two terraces (east and west). Private parking on the property. Ground floor: spacious 70 m² living area with living room and open-concept fully equipped kitchen (access via 2 steps), bathroom/toilet (shower + bathtub), 2 bedrooms (1: 180x200 bed, 2: 160x200 bed), and a separate toilet. Air-conditioned upper floor: 2 bedrooms (each with a 140x190 bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, wine cooler, crib/high chair. All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, firewood, sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, and end-of-stay housekeeping. Not included: tourist tax. After a career as a professional sportsman, I decided to move to the region. In 2016, I bought this property, which I completely renovated with the help of a master builder and local craftsmen.
La Basse Ville very quickly became my haven of peace and my home away from home, where I often receive my family and friends.
Coming from a family of restaurateurs, shopkeepers and hoteliers, and with my own taste for welcoming and sharing, I quickly decided to become a host and hostess.
We are located in the middle of the Muscadet vineyards. This house has a history and a soul, since the winegrowers of the time made their wines here.
I pay particular attention to the welcome and well-being of my guests, welcoming them in the same way that I like to be received.
I hope you enjoy your stay at "La Basse Ville".

Ils ont laissé la maison dans un excellent état .

Alex Super séjour pour EVG
Super séjour même si la météo a été catastrophique, les espaces intérieurs de la villa étaient suffisamment grands pour accueillir notre groupe de 8 personnes pour un EVG.
Regrettable que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée comme annoncée...
La maison est très confortable et le jardin est immense. Suffisant pour nous permettre de faire des jeux en tous genre!
Merci encore à Lionel pour son accueil et ses conseils. Je lui souhaite bonne chance pour résoudre l'énigme de la carotte dans le siphon !

Merci pour cet avis, la météo est en effet parfois capricieuse en novembre ; quant à la piscine est bien chauffée, je vous le confirme, mais uniquement de mi-mai à mi-septembre : cela est bien indiqué dans le descriptif... À bientôt en Loire-Atlantique !
J'ai été ravi de recevoir cette sympathique équipe orchestrée par Alex .
Malheureusement pour eux je n'ai pas pu influencer le temps en ce we de Toussaint ,et à cette époque la piscine est déjà "hiverné"
J'espère qu'ils reviendront en période estivale pour qu'ils puissent profiter de la piscine chauffée et du climat du vignoble nantais .

Nolwenn Super lieu pour EVJF
Nous avons choisi ce lieu pour l’EVJF d’une copine, nous étions 10 filles, superbe maison spacieuse autant intérieur de l’extérieur, secteur au calme, bien équipée, bien agencée, jolie décoration, literie très confortable et échanges avec le propriétaire réactifs et qui a su s’adapter à nos demandes. Je recommande sans hésiter !
