Contemporary L-shaped house located between City and Countryside, 10 min walk from the banks of the Erdre with its shops/restaurants/water sports/cycle paths (Vélodyssée and Régalante), and 16 km from Nantes (accessible by tram-train in 30 min). Private parking in front of the property + 1 parking space on the property.
Fully enclosed outdoor space, with fruit trees, vegetable garden, Zen patio with pond and fish, as well as heated swimming pool from mid-June to early September (11x6 m - shared with the owners). The 3 spacious, single-storey bedrooms, with bird-inspired names, all overlook the swimming pool and have independent entrances. They are equipped with 160x200 beds (except for the Mésange, which has 2 twin 90x200 beds), private bathroom and separate toilet, and TV. The Mésange room has a kitchen area and can be rented as a "studio", without breakfast (to be arranged directly with the owners). Facilities include: wifi, hairdryer, pool towel, air conditioning, microwave and small fridge available in the common room. Breakfast can be served on the terrace or in the living room, with homemade products from the kitchen garden or local organic producers. As for the table d'hôtes (on reservation - 28€/pers.), it's a simple table, full of flavors, based on seasonal products and dishes.
