The KERSEL holiday cottage is a charming property housed in a 17th-century farmhouse that was renovated in 2024 in collaboration with the Fondation du Patrimoine. It is attached to another rental and located near the owners’ home. The holiday cottage is nestled in the heart of the salt-farmers’ village of Clis, just 4 km from Guérande and 4.5 km from La Turballe.
Private parking on the property. Secure bike storage available upon request.
Private outdoor area (south-facing) and a shared garden of 2,000 m².
Ground Floor (accessible via one step): fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (wood-burning stove).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (180x200 bed), bathroom, separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, crib/high chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
All inclusive: electricity, Electric heating and Wood heating, sheets (beds made on arrival), bath linens, end-of-stay cleaning.

Emmanuel et Sophie, retraités actifs et amoureux du patrimoine.
Après quelques belles années à l'étranger (entre la Chine et le Canada), c'est dans l'Oise que nous avons choisi de poser nos valises pour élever nos trois enfants. En 2011, un coup de cœur nous a conduits jusqu'à Clis, sur la presqu'île de Guérande, où nous avons acquis cette ancienne longère. Séduits par l'âme du lieu et attachés au bâti ancien, nous avons décidé en 2019 de nous y installer définitivement et d'entreprendre sa rénovation avec soin, dans le respect de l'histoire de ce village de paludiers.
