Gîte Kerpoz is a recent detached house located 100 m from Sorlock beach and salt marshes, 8 km from Piriac sur mer, 10 km from Guérande and 20 km from La Baule.
Partially enclosed 620 m² garden with 60 m² terrace facing south and west, protected by a pergola to the south and covered to the west. Private parking on the property.
Ground floor: bright living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, scullery, 3 bedrooms (1-2: 1 bed 160x200, 3: 2 bunk beds 90x200), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, breadmaker, food processor, Nespresso coffee machine, tumble dryer, hair straightener, beach towels and baby chair/cot.
Included: bed linen (beds made up on arrival), electricity (8kwh/day) and towels/household linen.
Not included: heating (bag of pellets), end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.

Marc Très agréable semaine de vacances
Bonjour, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans le gite de Anne et Eric. La maison est conforme à la description et est très agréable à vivre. Rien ne manque, tout est prévu pour faciliter la vie.
La plage à 100 mètres est appréciable, pas besoin de la voiture pour faire trempette.
Bien entendu nous conseillons cette location si vous souhaitez passer un bon séjour.

Comme nous avons apprécié cette maison spacieux, beau meubilier et décoration avec beaucoup de goût.
La région nous a aussi vraiment charmé, avec la nature, les saliens, la mer, les petits ports....
