Gîte Kerpoz is a recent detached house located 100 m from Sorlock beach and salt marshes, 8 km from Piriac sur mer, 10 km from Guérande and 20 km from La Baule.
Partially enclosed 620 m² garden with 60 m² terrace facing south and west, protected by a pergola to the south and covered to the west. Private parking on the property.
Ground floor: bright living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, scullery, 3 bedrooms (1-2: 1 bed 160x200, 3: 2 bunk beds 90x200), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, breadmaker, food processor, Nespresso coffee machine, tumble dryer, hair straightener, beach towels and baby chair/cot.
Included: bed linen (beds made up on arrival), electricity (8kwh/day) and towels/household linen.
Not included: heating (bag of pellets), end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.

Fabien Quelle belle maison! Très bien équipée et une décoration soignée et quasiment les pieds dans l’eau
Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille, plages à proximité, outre les marchés de Mesquer et Quimiac, le marché artisanal de kercabellec du mercredi est très sympa. Visites des marées salants à faire....bref, un séjour bien rempli et de qualité.

Schönes, modernes, stilvoll eingerichtetes großzügiges Haus, indem es an nichts fehlt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und der Strand mit Strandbar nur wenige Meter entfernt. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Joerg Holsmoelle Übernahme und Übergabe sowie die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern hat hervorragend funktioniert.
En wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit viel Komfort. Schöne Terrasse mit Lounge-Gruppe und Esstisch. Immer ein Schattenplatz zu finden. Die Straße ist keine Durchgangsstraße, daher liegt das Haus ruhig. Parkplatz für das Auto ist auf dem Grundstück. Zum Strand sind es nur 100 Meter

La maison est superbe, spacieuse , les extérieurs très appréciable avec les hamac. La maison est très bien équipé et la situations à 1 min à pied de la mer est vraiment géniale avec les enfants. Un super séjour
