Free private parking in the residence, 10 m from the gîte. Garage with 2 adult bicycles + fishing gear available (no parking available).
Enclosed garden with south/west-facing terrace overlooking the bay.
Ground floor: bright living room with fireplace, separate fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190), shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with sea view (1 and 2: 2 beds 90x190, 3: 2 beds 90x190 not separable, 4: bed 160x200 + 2 beds 90x190), bathroom/wc.
Facilities include: wifi, DVD player, cot/baby chair, radio, Bluetooth speaker, 2nd fridge/freezer and beach shower in garage.
Included: electricity, electric heating, wood and end-of-stay cleaning.
Not included: bed linen, towels and tourist tax.
