Welcome to KEREOLE, a studio apartment on the 1st floor of a small 3-storey building (no elevator), in the heart of Mesquer/Quimiac (restaurants and shops on site), 200 m from the beach, 10 km from Guérande and 17 km from La Baule. Numerous hiking and fishing trails on site... the ideal place to enjoy all leisure activities and services on foot!
Covered 16 m² west-facing balcony with garden furniture and chiliennes. Private parking space and shared bike room.
27 m² living room with kitchenette/lounge/living room (120x190 convertible sofa) and sleeping area (160x200 bed that can be converted into 2 80x200 beds) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: cot/baby chair.
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen (bed made on arrival).
Not included: bathroom linen, tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning.
Possibility of visiting the owners' dairy farm in Guérande.

Yamina et Christophe Un bel été su la côte atlantique
un chouette tstudio, propre, avec une terrasse paarfaitement orientée, avec vue sur les pins. Le bourg à deux pas, la plage à 200 mètres. Franchement, quoi de mieux ?

Pierre/Evelyne A deux pas de la plage
Le logement est idéalement situé, la plage est à 200 mètres. Les commerces sont à proximité. La grande terrasse est très appréciable. Cécile et Guillaume sont très accueillants, et sympathiques. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
