We leave cleaning products and basic necessities (condiments, oil) at your disposal. Plenty of crockery is available to facilitate your meals. When you leave, you must leave the garbage cans, fridge and dishwasher empty and clean, as well as the oven and sink. Quality bed linen (cotton gauze and jersey) is also systematically provided for each guest. Beds made on arrival. For your departure, the beds must be unmade. FIBER HIGH-SPEED WIFI and TV are available. An Umbrella bed (without sheet), a chair, a toilet adapter and a baby bath are available. Books, comics, Manga, games, beach chairs are available...

Ker Yvette is a seaside villa built in 1890 and completely renovated in 2022 using quality materials to preserve its charm while providing all modern comforts. It is ideally located 50 m from the Beach, shops and restaurants. The TIF studio, totally independent, can communicate with Ker Yvette and increase the capacity by 2 people (shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer). Private parking on the property for 4 vehicles. 1400m² enclosed garden planted with old trees (centenary cupressus, oaks, pines, acacias). Two areas are available, a shaded north-east terrace with garden furniture and a south-west balcony/terrace with lounge.

Ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, luminous veranda converted into a sitting room, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room (bed 140x190 separable into 2 beds 70), shower room/wc and laundry room shared with the TIF studio. A fireplace equipped with an insert is at your disposal (wood in the garden at your discretion: I advise you to buy a bag of good dry logs at the gas station for lighting) remember to clean the glass of the insert before leaving.

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x190 which can be made into a bed 180x190 and en-suite shower room, 2: bed 160x200 and en-suite shower room, 3: bed 160x200, 4: 2 beds 70x190 which can be made into a bed 140x190 + bed 120x190), bathroom/wc (clawfoot bath) and separate WC.

Additional equipment included: high-speed wifi/fiber, bed (without sheet)/chair/baby adapter, books, comics/Manga, games/beach seats, cleaning products and necessities (condiments, oil), YAMAHA CLAVINOVA digital piano. Included: quality sheets (beds made on arrival), electricity, electric heating and end-of-stay cleaning. Not included: bathroom linen (€12/person) and tourist tax. Pets allowed (3 maximum - €20/stay/pet).

Numerous free and paying events take place during the summer on the "green beach" opposite the gate at the bottom of the garden: 50m-high Ferris wheel, concert, fan zone, shows, mussel festival, dune strides, flower parade...it's not every day and everything stops before midnight.

Fortunately, the enclosed grounds will ensure your privacy.
The garden is a large wooded park of 1400M2 with century-old Cupressus, oak, pine and acacia trees. Parking for up to 6 cars is possible.

The property is 50 m from the shopping street, with its 7/7 supermarket, Saturday morning market, Wednesday summer night market, Casino/SPA, rosalie-bike-méhari rental, merry-go-round, crêperies... The City center is pedestrianized from 4pm in summer.

The property is opposite the slope leading down to the Beach: easy with Kids, buckets and spades!

The customs path is also very close. Ideal for jogging and walking along the coast.
