Ker Dagob is one of the oldest houses in the village (former monks' cure), Semi-detached house, completely renovated in 2022, preserving the authenticity of the building and adding comfort and charm. Located 300 m from an aquatic center, 800 m from the Beach, 8 km from Guérande and 12 km from La Baule.
Private parking on the property or in a free parking lot 50 m away.
Enclosed outdoor space of 300 m² with wooden terrace (south/west facing) and garden (east facing).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 and 2: 140x190 beds, 3: 80x200 bunk beds + pull-out bed), shower room and separate WC.
Equipment included: wifi, DVD + CD player, cot/chair.
Electricity and electric heating included.
Not included: bed linen (15€/double bed, 10€/single bed), towels (5€/pers.), end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.

Arnaud est architecte et Dorothée graphiste. Nous avons cumulé nos compétences pour vous proposer cette cure des moines à la location.

Clara Maison très agréable et très bien placée
Maison rénovée du 17e, très agréable pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Proche de Guérande et des marais salants de la turballe. Plage accessible a pied.
