Large 100 m² east-facing terrace, with a covered area, and a fenced-in, tree-lined, and flower-filled lot of 1,000 m².
Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room with a wood-burning stove, bathroom/toilet, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), and a lounge area (140x190 sofa bed) with a foosball table.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (Bedrooms 1 and 2: 3 beds 90x190 per room; Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90x190), bathroom, separate toilet, and bathroom with double sinks.
Additional amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio/CD player, clothes dryer, hair dryer, baby bed/high chair.
Included: firewood, electric heating, electricity, and bed linens.
Not included (optional): bath linens and end-of-stay cleaning.

Marion
We're delighted to welcome you to this completely renovated farmhouse, which dates back over a century. We've been farming since 1982 and producing organically since 1997, so it's only natural that we should renovate part of our buildings to make them more welcoming. The 1st gîte opened in the summer of 2000, and has continued to evolve ever since. The 2nd gîte, "Ker Anna", 200 m further into the village, opened in 2014. The Gîte de la Cour, our 3rd gîte, welcomed its first guests in June 2019 to accommodate a total of 50 overnight guests.
Our two eldest sons, Thibaut and Romain, are taking over the farm, and our daughter Marion is taking over the tourist reception.
We are proud to welcome you as a family to this unspoilt setting, and would be delighted to show you around our farm.
