In quiet Countryside, halfway between Nantes and Rennes (30 min), renovated farmhouse adjoining a house.
Large 100 m² east-facing terrace, with courtyard area, and 1000 m² enclosed grounds planted with trees and flowers.
Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room with wood-burning stove, shower room/wc, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190) and relaxation area (sofa bed 140x190) with table soccer.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 and 2: 3 beds 90x190 per room, 3: 2 beds 90x190), shower room, separate WC and shower room with double washbasin.
Additional equipment included: wifi, DVD player, radio/CD, tumble dryer, hairdryer, baby bed/chair.
Wood heating, electricity and bed linen included.
Not included (optional): bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR: fixed-rate rental of €1,000 for the period.

Marion
We're delighted to welcome you to this completely renovated farmhouse, which dates back over a century. We've been farming since 1982 and producing organically since 1997, so it's only natural that we should renovate part of our buildings to make them more welcoming. The 1st gîte opened in the summer of 2000, and has continued to evolve ever since. The 2nd gîte, "Ker Anna", 200 m further into the village, opened in 2014. The Gîte de la Cour, our 3rd gîte, welcomed its first guests in June 2019 to accommodate a total of 50 overnight guests.
Our two eldest sons, Thibaut and Romain, are taking over the farm, and our daughter Marion is taking over the tourist reception.
We are proud to welcome you as a family to this unspoilt setting, and would be delighted to show you around our farm.
