La Guerchinette is a Holiday cottage attached to the owners' house, located in the heart of Sainte Marie sur Sea, 300 m from the beach, small shops/restaurants and the market. Public parking just a few steps away, free all year round. 80 m² private enclosed courtyard (south-facing) and private tennis court just a few meters from the cottage. Ground floor: living room, 1 spacious bedroom (bed 160x200) with washbasin, and accessed by 2 steps, the kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 spacious bedroom (2 twin beds 70x200 + bed 90x200). Facilities included: wifi and cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.). Heating included: end-of-stay cleaning and electricity (May to end-September). Not included: bed linen, towels, electricity and electric heating (October to end-April) and tourist tax.
