The Vallée du Tenu holiday cottage is a former farmhouse that was completely renovated in 2025; it is semi-detached on one side and located in the countryside, surrounded by lush greenery and near a horse boarding facility in a peaceful and secure environment.
Its location makes it easy to explore the surrounding area: 9 km from the Ste Pazanne or Machecoul train stations and from Planète Sauvage, 25 km from the beaches, 35 km from Nantes, and 40 km from the island of Noirmoutier.

45 m² terrace (south-facing), overlooking the Countryside and a 500 m² open garden.
Ground floor: living/dining room, open kitchen with dining area, pantry/laundry room (with dryer), and separate restroom.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed with private bathroom; 2–3: 2 90x200 beds that can be joined), office area, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby bed, high chair, baby bathtub, stair gate, dryer, and cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
Included: electricity, geothermal heating, sheets, and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (€75) and tourist tax.
