Gîte Tournesols

The Tournesols Holiday cottage is part of a complex of 4 Holiday cottages in La Janais, in a peaceful, natural setting in the Countryside, 11 km from Vallons-de-l'Erdre, 23 km from Châteaubriant and 65 km from Nantes. It is adjoining the Holiday cottage Hortensias. Private parking on the property. Private terrace (west-facing) and enclosed outdoor space. Access to shared, unenclosed 4000 m² garden: unheated above-ground swimming pool (7 m diameter), pétanque court and ping-pong table shared with the other Holiday cottages. Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 2 twin beds 80x200 + 2 bunk beds 90x200, 2 and 3: 2 twin beds 80x200), each with private shower room/WC. Equipment included: wifi, pod coffee maker, table soccer, Kids safety gate and baby bed/chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges...). No washing machine. Included: heating (heat pump), electricity, bed linen (beds made on arrival). Not included: bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning (compulsory for business customers - €90).
