Independent Holiday cottage located in the Countryside, 500 m from a Lake and 15 km from Ancenis, in a complex of 3 cottages (total capacity 14 people). Direct access to the Voie Verte. Private east-facing terrace and 2900 m² communal, unfenced garden with boules court. Available in common with the other Holiday cottages: 60 m² relaxation room with Spa and covered, unheated swimming pool (4.5x9 m - open from May to September). Swimming pool opening hours: 9am-8pm - Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160x190) and shower room/wc. First floor: open-plan bedroom area (bed 140x190). Facilities included: Wifi, cot/baby chair, Tassimo coffee machine, electric griddle. Not included: electric heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets allowed free of charge. Preferential rates if all Holiday cottages are rented.

Bienvenue dans nos 3 gîtes à Pannecé d'où nous sommes originaires mon mari et moi.
Au cœur d'anciens bâtiments de ferme rénovés, se situent le gîte Coquelicot et indépendamment le gîte Louva. Un 3ème gîte en bois a été construit, le gîte Rose, dans le respect du patrimoine local, tout en apportant une touche de modernité.
Un patio jardin s'étend autour de la piscine pour vous offrir un véritable espace de convivialité et de détente, ainsi qu'une salle commune avec spa.
Les contrastes architecturaux de la pierre et du bois, de l'ancien et du moderne, illustre le caractère chaleureux des lieux.
