The Rêves d'Océan Holiday cottage is quietly located in the heart of a small traditional village, 3 km from the ramparts and 9 km from the Sea (adjoining the owners' house). Beautifully renovated in 2023.
Private parking on the property.
Terrace and enclosed 50 m² garden facing north/east.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living/dining room (convertible 140x200) and shower room/wc.
Upstairs: 1 open-plan attic bedroom (beds 160x200 + 90x200).
Facilities include: wifi, baby equipment (bed/mattress, booster seat, bathtub, changing table). Washing machine (surcharge €4) and freezer in a laundry room adjoining the Holiday cottage.
Possibility of renting electric bikes with Kids seat or buggy (1 bike = €15/day or €80/week and 2 bikes = €25/day or €150/week).
All inclusive: electricity, electric heating (reversible air conditioning), bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax extra.
Possibility of 3rd person (supplement 20€/night) and 4th person (supplement 10€/night - only for 1 and 2 nights, no supplement for 3 nights or more).
Nursing care available on site if required (see owners).

Merci de vos commentaires. Quelques précisions pour les lecteurs : 15 mn oui pendant votre période de séjour en plein été. En dehors de la très haute saison, 10mn de la plage. Aussi, pour préciser, la cour est un jardin privatif au gîte de 45m2 avec table, 4 chaises, parasol, barbecue, 2 transats.
