Ideally located in the heart of the village of Batz-sur-Mer, 500 m from the beaches and the GR34 hiking trail, and 400 m from shops, this charming little stone house from 1870 has been fully renovated and is set in a quiet location.
Private, enclosed garden of 100 m² with a terrace and lounge chairs. 2 hybrid bikes available.
Ground floor: living room with open-concept fully equipped kitchen, shower room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (160x200 bed).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, crib, high chair, and baby bathtub.
All inclusive: electric heating, electricity, sheets (beds made), and bath and household linens.
Tourist tax not included.
Le Croisic 4 km, Le Pouliguen 6 km, Guérande 8 km.
June through September: Weekly stays (Saturday through Saturday).
October through May: Weekly stays or short stays.

Welcome to our little stone house dating from 1870, in the heart of our characterful village.
The house is ideally situated in a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing on the terrace or in the enclosed garden, or for exploring the wild coast, the salt marshes and the whole of the Guérande peninsula in summer and winter.
Come and enjoy our varied heritage (museums, small fishing and yachting harbours, Brière Regional Nature Park, etc.).
We look forward to welcoming you to our region.
The little extras: shops, beaches and beautiful walks and cycle rides.

Sophie Séjour parfait à Batz
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très agréable et confortable, où rien ne manque. Idéalement situé dans le centre de Batz, au calme absolu, il est aussi à deux pas de la plage et de la gare, ce qui en fait un lieu parfait pour des vacances réussies.
La décoration est faite avec goût et l’on s’y sent tout de suite bien. La literie est très confortable. La terrasse et le petit jardin sont très appréciables pour profiter de déjeuners au soleil. Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont aussi accueillants que discrets. Merci à eux pour leurs délicates attentions. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !- Cleanliness
