Former horse stall renovated in 2020 into a charming self-contained holiday cottage, located in the quiet Countryside, 28 km from Nantes and 21 km from Ancenis (close to the owners' house).
Private parking on the property.
Private 200 m² terrace and enclosed garden. Access to the surrounding area, including horse meadows (2 horses + 3 Shetlands) on request from the owner.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 90x200 beds) and shower room/wc.
Equipment includes: air-conditioning, wifi.
Included: electricity, reversible air-conditioning.
Not included: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.
No electric car charging possible.

ISABELLE 4 adultes dont un de 92 ans ont trouvé ce gite très confortable et superbement aménagé et décoré . Malgré la fraicheur de ce début juin il faisait chaud à l'intérieur sans chauffage.... accueil et écoute agréable ajoute un plus au cadre magnifique de la campagne environnante. A recommander vivement.

Dominique excellent sejour à la campagne
Maison très confortable et très propre. Le gîte est très bien équipé. Notre hôte a été très attentionnée et nous a livré de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Nous avons aussi apprécié le livret d'accueil personnalisé. Merci beaucoup .

Maison tres propre. Proprietaire accueillant et a l'ecoute. Un cadre enchanteur si vous aimez le silence, la nature et les chevaux. Fortement recommande.

jean paul pour un séjour confortable et reposant
Le gîte nous a semblé comme neuf et nous ne pouvons que vanter ses qualités : très propre, confortable, bien équipé, avec une literie en très bon état. La terrasse avec vue sur la campagne est un havre de tranquillité.
Il faut juste prendre ses précautions pour les courses, car quelques km nous séparent des magasins. Mais la tranquillité a un prix et la campagne alentour est parfaite pour des balades.
