You'll enjoy a large 33 m² corner terrace (E/S/O) and a fully enclosed 560 m² private garden (part of which is shaded).
Ground floor: 32 m² living room, 8 m² separate kitchen, separate toilet, private parking and closed garage (for bikes).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 large bedroom with study area: bed 160x200, 1 attic bedroom: 2 beds 90x190, 1 small attic bedroom: 2 beds 90x190) and shower room/WC.
Additional equipment: Baby equipment on request (Umbrella bed/high chair/booster seat/bathtub and child safety gate), high-speed Ethernet/Wifi (fiber), electric griddle, Bluetooth speaker and Dolce Gusto drinks machine.
Included: bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and household linen, electricity and electric heating up to 10 kWh/day.
Not included: compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (€80), tourist tax.
